This Summer, we are moving all our remaining OTrack schools to our newest assessment system, Sonar.

Your school should now have a date to make the switch to Sonar before 22nd September. If do not know which date your school is planned to move, contact us here: csschool@junipereducation.org

After transferring to Sonar, OTrack will remain accessible, but read-only, for the whole Autumn Term. From 1st January, OTrack will no longer be available.

We’ll transfer pupils, classes, and most assessment data to your new Sonar account, making the process as smooth as possible.

The deadline for entering data to be included in your Autumn Term Benchmarking Report is 5pm Monday 28th April 2025.

We are pleased to announce that OTrack is being replaced by our newest assessment system, Sonar. We have transferred many OTrack customers to Sonar already, and all remaining OTrack schools will be upgrading to Sonar by August. Don’t worry, we will move your pupil, class and most assessment data to Sonar so you can carry on where you left off with OTrack.

Action Required for OTrack Account Owners: Please ensure your email address in OTrack is up-to-date, as we will use it to communicate important information about your upgrade.

The deadline for entering data to be included in your Summer Term Benchmarking Report is Friday 19^th July. (All bar TT) To ensure your report is accurate, please do not roll up your MIS until 1^st August or later as this will affect your school’s data
