This Summer, we’re completing the move from OTrack to our newest platform, Sonar.

Most schools have already made the switch, and the remaining schools will upgrade during the Summer Term. After this you will no longer be able to access OTrack.

We’ll transfer pupils, classes, and most assessment data to your new Sonar account, making the process as smooth as possible.

We’ll be in touch with each school to arrange your transfer and support you every step of the way.

You will need to initially register for an account, giving school details but this will give you access to all of our other Sonar training courses too.

The deadline for entering data to be included in your Autumn Term Benchmarking Report is 5pm Monday 28th April 2025.

We are pleased to announce that OTrack is being replaced by our newest assessment system, Sonar. We have transferred many OTrack customers to Sonar already, and all remaining OTrack schools will be upgrading to Sonar by August. Don’t worry, we will move your pupil, class and most assessment data to Sonar so you can carry on where you left off with OTrack.

If we haven’t yet been in touch about moving you to Sonar, we’ll let you know once we’re ready and to ask you to choose a date to upgrade.

Action Required for OTrack Account Owners: Please ensure your email address in OTrack is up-to-date, as we will use it to communicate important information about your upgrade.

We will be closed over the Christmas period. Our last working day is Friday, 20th December ’24 and we will reopen on Tuesday, 3rd January ’25.

The deadline for entering data to be included in your Summer Term Benchmarking Report is Friday 19^th July. (All bar TT) To ensure your report is accurate, please do not roll up your MIS until 1^st August or later as this will affect your school’s data
